Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, activate email filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email boxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the email account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
